2D FLOOR PLANS
We can quickly create 2D floor plans upon receipt of required information. We can carry out our own survey if this equipment is not available. Customers will receive both a PDF and CAD version of the floor plans.
3D FLOOR PLANS
Millar Drafting Services have the capacity to create 3D floor plans that will aid visualisation of spaces. Customers will receive PDF, IFC and RVT versions of the floor plans.
INTERNAL RENDERS
We have the ability to produce high quality Internal renders of spaces. These are ideal for portraying the space within rooms and is ideal for planning different options of room & furniture layouts. These are available as PNG & JPG files.
INTERNAL WALKTHROUGHS
Walkthroughs are a fantastic way of conveying the feel of a building to a client that may find typical drawings hard to decipher. We are able to make short videos that our customers will receive in MP4 format.
